1. The organizer of the competition on Facebook is Wirtualna Planeta limited liability company with its registered office in Toruń (87 - 100), at ul. Pod Krzywą Wieżą 14 (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer").
2. The Organizer is the founder of the award.
3. The Organizer is the administrator of personal data provided by the Competition Participants.
4. These regulations define the terms of the Competition.
5. The contest is not created, administered, supported or sponsored by Facebook. Facebook is a registered trademark of Facebook, Inc.
6. The competition is run on the Shitcoins.club profile on Facebook and reposted on other channels.
7. The Organizer supervises the correctness and course of the Competition, ie providing information about the Competition and considering complaints.
1. Only natural persons, consumers within the meaning of Art. 221 of the Civil Code, having full legal capacity, being users and having an active account on Facebook.com or other social media companies that have accepted these Regulations (hereinafter: "Participant").
2. The participant declares that:
a. Is a natural person with full legal capacity;
b. has read the content of these Regulations and joins the Competition voluntarily;
c. agrees and accepts the terms of the Regulations, including reading the content of the award procedure and fully accepts it;
d. undertakes to comply with the provisions of the Regulations, including the Facebook regulations;
e. consented to the processing of personal data for purposes related to participation in the Competition;
f. is a registered User of the social networking site Facebook or other social networking sites.
1. There will be a prize in the Competition - for one person selected in the manner indicated in §6.
2. The Prize is EUR 50, payable in a Bitcoin ATM.
3. Information about the Prize will be included in the Competition announcement published on Facebook and Instagram.
4. The Winners are not entitled to exchange the Prize for a different type of prize.
5. Winners may waive the Prize, but will not be entitled to a cash equivalent or any other prize in return.

2. The competition runs from 30/09/2022. until 20.10.2022.

1. The Competition Participant's task using Facebook is to:
a. Create an original meme on cryptocurrencies on Facebook and add it in the comments under the post.
b. Adding a Google map feedback to the closest Shitcoins.club Bitcoin ATM location that the contestant usually uses
c. Like or use the "Follow" button on any other Shitcoins.club social channel available at https://linktr.ee/Shitcoinsclub
2. The task of the Contest Participant using Instagram is:
a. Share the original Bitcoin ATM meme on your Instagram profile using the hashtag #shitcoinsgiveaway
b. Adding a opinion on Google maps to the nearest Shitcoins.club Bitcoin ATM location that the contestant usually uses
c. Like or use the "Follow" button on any other Shitcoins.club social channel available at https://linktr.ee/Shitcoinsclub
2. Information about the competition will be available on Facebook at BITOMATY
1. Access to the Competition is free of charge and requires registration on the Facebook or Instagram social network
3. The Organizer decides about granting the prize by analyzing the correctness and attractiveness of the performance of the tasks described in § 5. Para. 1 of the Regulations by Competition Participants.
4. The Organizer will select one winner from among the submitted applications.
5. The Winner of the Contest will be notified of the win and the terms of receiving the Prize via a private message sent on Facebook or Instagram (depending on the profile held) within 3 working days from the end of the contest.
6. Public information about the prize will also be placed in the commentary to the contest post on the BITCOIN ATM Profile
7. The awarded Participant must receive the prize in a private message within 72 hours from the announcement of the Competition results on the profile BITOMATY. The organizer then has to verify that the winner has met the above 3 conditions.
8. Failure to send the message referred to in point. 7, or exceeding the acceptable response time or sending incorrect data, or failure to meet 3 of the competition conditions described in § 5, will result in the participant losing the right to the prize. The prize is then transferred to the next person.
9. The prize awarded in the Competition will be sent to the participant within 20 calendar days from the date of receipt by the Organizer of the information referred to in section 6.
10. The prizes will be sent at the Organiser's expense in electronic form to the e-mail address provided by the Participant or via a message on Facebook or Instagram, if he so wishes.
1. The Organizer is not responsible for the reliability and truthfulness of the Competition Participants' data, including the inability to transfer prizes, for reasons attributable to the Participant, in particular if the Participant has not provided a true correspondence address or the data provided are incomplete or out of date.
2. The Organizer declares that it does not control or monitor the content posted by Participants in terms of reliability and truthfulness, subject to actions related to the removal of violations of the Regulations or generally applicable provisions.
3. The Organizer reserves the right to exclude from the Competition Participants whose actions are contrary to the law or the Regulations and Facebook regulations, in particular participants who:
a) post content inconsistent with applicable law or the Regulations available on Facebook (in particular containing offensive content, both in the textual and graphic layers);
b) take actions using an account / profile created in violation of Facebook's rules;
c) take actions using third party accounts / profiles that are inconsistent with Facebook's rules;
d) interfere with the functioning of the Competition;
e) create fictitious accounts / profiles on Facebook or on other websites, especially GoogleMaps
f) place non-honest opinions about Bitcoin ATM on GoogleMaps, and messages such as "I hope I win" and similar not related to Bitcoin ATM

4. The organizer is not responsible for any disruptions in the operation of teleinformatic links, servers, interfaces, browsers and the Facebook or Instagram platform
5. The organizer is not responsible for temporary or permanent blocking of the website or application by Facebook or Instagram
1. Personal data of Competition Participants will be processed by the Organizer only for the purpose of performing the activities necessary for the proper conduct of the Competition.
2. Personal data of the Competition Participants will be kept by the Organizer only for the period necessary to conduct the Competition and to issue prizes to the distinguished Participants.
3. Participants have the right to inspect the processed data and to correct and delete them. The data is provided on a voluntary basis, and registration on the Facebook social network is required to participate in the Competition.
4. Upon deletion of data, the User loses the possibility to participate in the Competition.
1. All intellectual property rights to the Competition are held by the Organizer. Participation in the Competition does not in any way result in the acquisition of any intellectual property rights by the Participants. It is forbidden to violate any intellectual property rights in the Contest, in particular:
a) copying, modifying and transmitting electronically or otherwise disseminating the mechanism of the Contest or its parts, as well as individual works and
databases, without the express written consent of the Administrator;
b) using the Competition in a manner inconsistent with the Regulations or generally applicable provisions.
1. Any complaints regarding the manner of conducting the Contest, Participants should submit in writing during the Contest, but not later than within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of issuing the Prize

3. A written complaint should include the name, surname, exact address of the Participant and a detailed description and justification of the complaint.
4. Complaints should be sent by e-mail to the Organiser's address support@shitcoins.club
5. Complaints will be considered in writing and via e-mail within 30 days.
1. The Regulations come into force on 30/09/2022 and are valid until 20/10/2022.
2. In matters not covered by these Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code and other legal provisions shall apply.
3. Disputes related to and arising from the Competition will be resolved by the common court competent for the seat of the Organizer.
